FYP 2026 Deliverables

I partook in most of the post-production work, thereby displaying these videos (Petite Krumbs and Udang Udang) which I did the main editing for. I did all the motion graphics for the videos in order to ensure more appeal and engagement while watching.

Petite Krumbs

Former hotel executive pastry chef at Mandarin Orchard, but was laid off by the company when it rebranded to Hilton Singapore in 2022.

She now opens a hawker stall selling baked goods at Amoy Street Food Centre. Instead of returning to the hotel business, she decided to open her own hawker stall, baking and selling her own high-end pastries, just like the ones she had made while working at the hotel.

After completing his computer engineering studies, Ethan decided to pursue his passion for cooking and opened Udang Udang, a halal lor mee stall in Woodlands. Inspired by his grandmother’s recipe, he modernised the traditional dish while keeping its authentic flavour, drawing long queues of loyal customers.

Despite being young and new to the hawker trade, Ethan’s determination, creativity, and respect for heritage have helped him turn a humble family recipe into a thriving business.

Udang Udang

Collagen Golden Pao

Mr Wong, a veteran chef with over two decades of zi-char experience, and his wife Yan opened Liang Liang Golden Pao Fan & Ramen in 2022 after a break during COVID-19. Based in Pasir Ris Central, they specialize in a rich “collagen golden broth” pao fan and ramen, reinventing a traditional dish with premium ingredients and modern flair.

Their story reflects the courage to reinvent, the blend of tradition and innovation, and the passion that drives Singapore hawker culture.
